How do appointments work?

Appointments are scheduled in practical windows. Access needs, parking and isolation points are confirmed beforehand. A morning message narrows arrival, then engineers work and keep you updated until sign off.

What documentation is supplied after work?

Documentation includes benchmark or service sheets, safety readings and notes. Digital certificates and product registrations are issued where relevant, supporting warranty claims, future servicing and records for agents or insurers.

Do you remove old equipment?

Old appliances and materials can be removed on request. Safe isolation and waste handling are arranged beforehand. Recycling or disposal is agreed in writing so nothing remains onsite after completion.

What are the payment options?

Payment is straightforward. Invoices include bank details for transfer. Card payments can be arranged by agreement. Receipts and documentation are issued digitally, accounts are reconciled promptly after work is completed.
